Founded in the same spirit as Spirit Yoga, Spirit Barre is PB’s community barre studio, offering comfortable, beach vibes, and a place to connect with your barre community.
Spirit Barre Bounce is offered in two formats: a 60-minute version and a 45-minute Express workout. In Spirit Barre Bounce, expect to experience a full body barre workout with cardio segments on a mini trampoline (also known as a rebounder.) Additional props may include light dumbbells, resistance band or a pilates ball. Bounce is a fun, high energy barre workout routine created to burn calories quickly.

Spirit Barre Bounce is accessible for all ages & fitness levels, and will definitely make you feel like a kid again! Rebounding provides an efficient cardio & toning workout in one and while it is low impact, it is also high-energy. Whether you are a beginning bouncer or a seasoned springer, our Barre Bounce instructors are here to guide you through a safe & playful workout, no matter your level.
