We are excited to offer a variety of classes that will create strength, balance and flexibility in both body and mind, all designed to be accessible for every level of ability.

MUTTS & MATS

Spirit gives back to the community by offering animal rescue fitness classes on the weekends with adoptable puppies, kittens, and bunnies & a portion of the proceeds are donated to animal charities!

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

We offer community-centered workshops & events throughout the year including diverse experiences such as black-light barre parties, and celebrations with local vendors .
